Social Mission

Meaningful and Affordable elderly living solutions

Every human being has the right to live and to make his elderly life comfortable we provide end-to-end elderly care living solutions.

The life expectancy in Hong Kong has increased from 67 years during 1960s to 83.5 years which is one of the highest in the world. This extended life needs to be made more meaningful and relaxed. It is estimated that there are over 400K elderly households, who have asset but insufficient cashflow in Hong Kong. They do not have sufficient cash to renovate their home so as to expose to a high falling risk. For those seriously hurt, ‘Ageing at Home” may not be an option for them due to the unfriendly living environment to fit their physical needs.

Meanwhile, government do have public funding at HK$40,000 to support elderly to renovate their privately owned house. However, the money is not sufficient for big amendments as well as the involvement of a lot of documentations and procedures, which lower the application rate. Hence we are in the process of launching a launching a year-around small maintenance scheme and Charity fund which can help to reduce this gap and make the housing more affordable, especially the groups of elderly which are excluding in the current radar of government.

Standardization of design and quality

We provide tailored made interior designs and services for different customers to suit their needs. We ensure the quality of work from the stage of assessment and measurement of the house to the execution of renovation work and the final delivery.

In order to eliminate the waste and/or reuse of excess materials, we now focus on projects to standardize the design across markets. We leverage on unwanted construction materials and match with the eligible elderly household to provide the non-barrier design for them, which make the elderly friendly home renovation more affordable.

The project team develops non-barrier design for making elderly household more elderly friendly. It also works closely with the medical team to develop interior design solution which include health monitoring at home to support the dementia elderly patients.

Social life made easier

  • Increase in the Confidence level of “Ageing at Home”
